Fitness Studio 108 Group Class & Program Schedule
All Levels welcomed! Please help us accommodate your schedule by requesting a class time if there is one not listed below that fits your needs.
Classes
Yoga fit
All Levels Welcomed.
Trainer: Raquel Ramirez
Monday & Wednesday at 5:30-6:30 p.m.
(Included w/ 1-on-1 packages or just $5.00 to drop-in)
-A 60 minute session catered stylistically to Vinyasa yoga. Basic techniques to increase flexibility, weight loss, balance and strength endurance. Learn to relieve stress by breathing and posing techniques. Stop by and enjoy a yoga session that will increase your daily energy, increase muscle flexibility, rehabilitation from injury, enhance sexual abilities, and sustained mental relaxation.
Zumba
Trainer: Tiffany Skidmore
Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00-8:00 pm
Saturday at 10:00-11:00 am
(Included w/ 1-on-1 packages or just $5.00 to drop-in)
- Our zumba classes are high-energy and exciting for all ages! Dance to the beat, burn calories and sweat out your inactive lifestyle!

Hot Body Challenge

Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 to 7:30am
-By popular demand this intense training session combines strength training and cardio to help burn fat, build muscle and sculpt that hot body. Getting ready for a special occasion? This is the class for you!
Fighter Fusion
Trainer: Drew Milczarek
Tues and Thursday TBD

- Train in boxing and kickboxing with 108's own MMA fighter. Drew has been training and studying martial arts for over 12 years. Using a blend of martial arts including Tae kwon do, Muay thai, san shou, jiu jitsu, boxing, he has developed a raw exercise program to help develop mental and physical toughness. Great class to get in shape and build your own self-defense confidence!
